The Granary is a spacious 3 bedroom holiday cottage in an idyllic location commanding stunning views over farmland and an ideal base from which to explore much of Sussex and Kent. It has a large private garden and patio area with BBQ facilities in the summer. This charming spacious holiday home in the heart of the Sussex countryside is approached off a quiet country lane and is situated in a peaceful rural location yet within easy access of Tunbridge Wells, Historical Lewes, the famous Glyndebourne Opera House and the Coastal towns of Eastbourne and Brighton. There is good local shopping in the local town of Uckfield which has both a Tesco and Waitrose supermarket as well as a small Cinema. Buxted Station with regular hourly train service to London is within a 10 min drive of the The Granary. There are some excellent pubs in the area as well as our own Hurstwood in the village.
Good walking on footpaths within a few mins stroll of The Granary and in Buxted Park. In nearby Buxted there are 2 pubs, fishing lakes, a fruit picking farm, Tea Room and Farm Shop. Within 10 mins for further excellent walking, cycling and riding there is Ashdown Forest with it’s Winnie the Pooh connections Local Attractions: Glyndebourne Opera House, Charleston Farmhouse, Batemans, Sheffield Park Gardens, Blue Bell Railway, The South Downs, Middle Farm where a large selection of ciders may be sampled and bought, numerous National Trust properties, East Sussex National Golf Course & Plumpton Horse Races.

There are 2 large bedrooms, one a double with en suite shower facilities and the other a twin room. Both have a wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table, full-length mirror and table lamps.
There is parking for two cars immediately adjacent to the Granary.
